I had the distinct honor of interviewing T. Colin Campbell, PhD, on this episode. He is the author of the famous book The China Study. This book documents the scientific evidence that plant based nutrition is the optimum diet for health. His other books include Whole, which discuss the problems with the reductionary approach to dietary studies and conclusions. His late test book The Low Carb Fraud, bluntly explains the fallacies associated with high protein diets. He gives fatherly but scientifically great information about the benefits of eating a plant based diet. I hope you enjoy.
