Welcome! and Thank you for listening. If you have lost your motivation for a healthy lifestyle, try looking for it on the couch. Motivation is there for you as long as it does not require stepping into action. All the catchy slogans and memes fade away when it comes time to cook healthy or step out into the cold morning for exercise. If only I had an accountability partner. If only my spouse would help. I am just not motivated. Why? That is the big question. What is your why? It is yours and yours alone.
Let us help you take the first step to finding a why that will come with you on the walks and workouts. A why that will escort you to the grocery store and kitchen.
Modifying cardiac risks does not mean adding more testing. It is about more action to live a healthy lifestyle. No one is risk free despite the naivety of youth when it comes to dietary choices. Lifestyle diseases live in the shadows and grow overtime. That cheeseburger is a health hazard beginning in the processing through the teflon coated paper it is wrapped in. Don't be fooled by today's affect. That plaque may grow quicker than expected.
