We all seem to chase balance. Not too much and not too little. The middle tends to be more populated in the middle of the bell curve or the early adopters curve. The extremes tend to have more risk but they also tend to be the areas of maximal growth potential. The middle grounders are often those that play it safe. When it comes to health, it is the moderation goal. When it comes to exercise, it is the just enough goal.
However, most people are worried about "not enough of". Most lifestyle diseases occur with "too much of" The potential for learning is also greatest at both ends of the curve.
