Welcome! and Thank you for listening. Happy July 4th a day late! I hope you had a great holiday eating and moving and being healthy. So many times, we blame others for our dietary blunders. Are you committed to being plant-based or are you waiting for others to lead the way?
Many have been lead to believe that they have no control over their cravings, their health or their ability to choose. They turn to quick chemical fixes or procedures and loose control that may result in serious and sometimes lethal complications or side effects.
What if I told you that you could be in control of your health without risks and complications. That is where plant based nutrition and breath work comes in. Taking back control of our health outcomes is possible, but we need to play an active roll.
I discuss plant based nutrition, menu ideas, breathing, and heart rate variability in this weeks podcast and much more.
If you have not purchased your Plant-based Wellness cookbook. You can go to our website to find the link at doctordulaney.com. This will give you plenty of easy, tasty, nutrient rich recipes for every day of the week. Email me with questions at jami@doctordulaney.com .
We would love to help you achieve your optimal health and wellness. Call or email for a free consultation to decide if the practice is right for you.
Thank you for listening.

So informative! I always learn so much helpful information from Dr. Dulaney! As the only plant based person in my house, the first part of the podcast was so pertinent for me. In the past, I've thought I was giving up being plant based because "no one at home supports it," and, "I deserve to eat what I want, I'm so stressed". As Dr. Dulaney said, I just wasn't committed, and it was no one's fault but my own. Once I came to the realization that this is the best way for me to live, and took ownership, it actually became easier. The salad that was so distasteful at lunch became delicious once I realized that I didn't want to eat it before because I was looking for excuses to justify my not eating like I knew I should. Once I finally made the choice to be healthy and plant based, the stress was actually less, because I know I'm doing what is best for ME.
