Welcome! and thank you for listening.
There has been some great feedback on a low carbohydrate/high fat diet. Patients are noting weight loss, improved sleep, improved mobility with less joint stiffness and better glucose control to name a few. Things I never thought I would see especially so quickly.
However, a there have been some people very disappointed in my direction shift. Many of them had relied on me to convince their spouses that eating plant based was the way to go and now I have pivoted. Others are very uncomfortable facing their friends and answering a whole new set of questions on diet change. My advice would be don't worry be happy. Be happy with the good qualities of your friends and family and they will continue to support you as well.
Eggs: are they good or bad? I will present some data on eggs and dementia and eggs and diabetes. You get to choose. However, I am feeling really good about eating my eggs daily. I hope you find the discussion entertaining and thought provoking.
